Located in the Outaouais region, NOALEX Inspection is a certified member of the Québec Association of Building Inspectors (AIBQ), the largest association in Quebec.

At the head of the company, Mathieu Cyr has more than 15 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. In addition to holding an AEC in building inspection and an ITC certification in thermography, Mathieu has worked as a carpenter for many years. As a licensed general contractor with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, he has contributed to the realization of numerous projects in the residential and institutional fields. Mathieu is passionate about construction and real estate. His extensive experience in this field as well as in real estate brokerage allows him to have a critical eye, to propose solutions and to explain components, techniques and best practices in construction. A detail-oriented person who likes to find solutions to problems, Mathieu will always be available to support and answer his clients’ questions before, during and after the inspection.
